Job Description


The Sr. Recruitment Data Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining Recruiting queries and reports.  The Sr. Recruitment Data Specialist, under the direction of the Sr. Analyst performs research projects and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement across all business types. This position assumes responsibility to collect, analyze and report data as it pertains to the Provider Recruiting function.


  • Generates and analyzes ad-hoc reports from various systems
  • Prepares, analyzes and distributes recurring reports to recruiting leaders for business analysis and decision making
  • Creates report templates in MS Excel and works with Recruiting Support Specialists or other non-technical staff to prepare simple recruiting related reports
  • Writes and maintains MS Excel Macros and process documentation to automate MS Excel reports
  • Composes report templates in Tableau for recruiting leaders to analyze recruitment needs
  • Supports recruiters with recruitment systems, such as BrassRing, TeamWorks, and CRM
  • Serves as a backup to the Sr. Analyst and Sr. Director regarding report generation


Job Requirements


 Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field – mathematics, statistics, computer science, business – accounting / finance preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years experiences with data reporting and analytics, and experiences in using enterprise systems, specifically in the areas of human resources and recruitment
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel (including Macros, Pivot tables, graphs, VLookUp), and PowerPoint
  • Skills in data virtualization tool, such as Tableau or MicroStrategy are plus
  • Intermediate knowledge (1-2 years) in SQL preferred but not required. Must have interest in developing SQL skills.

Set in a pleasant, high-volume, fast-paced office environment.  Ability to meet closing deadlines and production standards is required.  Involves extensive computer use, and constant sitting. 

Overtime may be required and can be mandated by Management.
