OVERVIEW:

TeamHealth is seeking a self-motivated, high performing Data Analyst. This position will abstract, analyze, interpret, and report value-based care data, primarily related to the needs of Team ACO, a Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO. The data presented will provide insight on past performance and support the identification of improvement opportunities and clinical initiatives. This position will maintain effective and responsive relationships with leadership and key internal/external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand underlying business operations, data, data capture processes, and system integration to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and run SQL queries and other data collection techniques to support assigned business areas and organize the data into a format for ease of review and use
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, test and modify reports, spreadsheets and dashboards as assigned
• Present project status updates by defining progress, problems and solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data sources, data definitions, report and analyses logic
• Handles other duties as assigned by management
