Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Manager of Recruitment Operations leads and manages the Research/Sourcing and Lead Capture teams’ overall efforts and metrics, and is responsible for generating the Research Hire report (monthly) and the Leads/Applications Dashboard (monthly). At the request of TA leaders, the Research/Sourcing team is responsible for creating lead lists of passive candidates for recruiters to contact for critical open requisitions throughout the organization. The Lead Capture team is responsible for processing all incoming active and passive leads into the organization through various sources (eg. job boards, trade-shows, residency events, search firms, etc.). The Manager of Recruitment Operations is also responsible for training and developing those associates assigned as direct reports, and works in collaboration with TA leaders and Marketing leaders on various projects. The Manager of Recruitment Operations must support the culture and mission of the overall recruitment operations division.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Manages the sourcing initiatives and campaigns for all clinical specialties and groups within the organization, as requested
  • Manages the daily activities associated with applications and lead generation for clinical recruitment
  • Manages and validates the Research Hire data and Leads/Applications Dashboard data end-to-end for monthly reporting purposes
  • Compiles and provides clinician compensation data (“Salary Surveys”) for both TA and business development leaders
  • Responsible for applicable segments of the ATS/CRM process as it pertains to data integrity for the Do Not Contact (DNC) Registry & the “unsubscribe” requests
  • Collaborates with SRG (“Marketing”) to develop and manage reports utilized for tracking / measuring lead generation and hires
  • Negotiates contracts, monitors and tracks performance of all third party recruitment tools and subscriptions, including search firm partnerships

  • Job performed in a well-lit, modern office setting;

  • Prolonged work on a PC/ Computer.

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions.

 

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field preferred.
  • Three to four years of recruiting, marketing, or data management experience.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the recruitment field
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to excel under pressure and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • The individual must be highly energetic, a self-starter, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent at building relationships with people at all levels of an organization.
