ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a multiple provider practice setting at the coordinator or supervisory level required. Must have direct experience with coding, billing and collections. Must have medical scheduling and billing management experience in a practice and/or hospital setting. Substantial experience interacting with physicians and hospital administration required. Considerable experience coordinating practice efforts with hospitals ideal. Must have proven ability to support multiple projects and work with multiple people simultaneously. Customer service driven work ethic required.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
Advanced computer skills required. Must have ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Must have exposure and experience with health care technology (EMR, Coding software and Practice Management Information Systems), business finances and budgets to aid in the cost management of the program. Effective verbal and written communication. Efficient organization and time management.
