QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma required.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 6 months experience answering and routing calls using a multi-line phone system. Experience in healthcare setting preferred.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Intermediate computer skills required. Must have ability to appropriately handle confidential information. Must have excellent professional telephone manner and verbal communication skills.
