Position Summary

The Payroll Compensation Administrator helps maintain the payroll system to ensure efficient operations.  This position will maintain and administer the payroll dashboard and user accounts.

None

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates payroll system training.
  • Handles the maintenance and administration of existing user accounts, permissions and access rights.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and administration of the HII Dashboard.
  • Sets up new accounts within the payroll system.
  • Updates new and existing provider profiles.
  • Maintains user profiles within the system.
  • Maintains the TEAMPay central roles and responsibilities sheet.
  • Assists with the coordination and connection of all upstream and downstream groups.
  • Helps to coordinate user testing and training material administration.
  • Works with leadership to identify super users.
  • Works with EIT to coordinate license administration.
  • Assists with the setup and maintenance of organizational master data, reorganizations, startups and new business.
  • Helps to coordinate and run Train the Trainer sessions.
  • Works with management to update existing provider transitions and amendments and send for approval.
  • Assists with creating and updating new CPT codes as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.  Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

Experience

Three to five years of pay experience required.
