Job Overview

Primary responsibilities will be in licensing and credentialing of the call center staff. This position reports to the Quality Manager.

Essential Functions

  1. Maintains employee data and produces reports.
  2. Maintains and tracks clinical state licensure applications.
  3. Performs follow-up with clinical staff and multiple state licensing boards to expedite licensing application processes efficiently to meet licensure expectations as directed by management.
  4. Runs monthly reports on expiring credentials and contacts nurses for updated information and renewal applications.
  5. Track and maintain current client EMR access for end users.
  6. Coordinates and provides necessary follow-up on renewal process for state licensure including required CEU’s. 
  7. Maintains personal adherence to professional confidentiality standards in accordance with legal, ethical, and client policies.
  8. Attends workshops and training sessions to stay current on credentialing standards.


Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Management or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  2. Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative capacity preferred
  3. Strong work ethic.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the strong ability to prioritize.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills;
  6. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, with an emphasis in grammar).
  7. Excellent computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, database management, presentation software).
  8. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  9. Ability to handle multiple, complex priorities with minimal supervision.
  10. Professional demeanor and presentation.
