Remote from anywhere in the U.S.

OVERVIEW:

The Associate Architecture Analyst is responsible for supporting and documenting all architectural governance processes, maintaining all governance tools (LeanIX, etc.) and other associated architectural libraries as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take comprehensive notes during Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings to ensure proper documentation of the outcomes
  • Facilitate Enterprise Design Panel (EDP) by working with panel members and product owner / project leaders
  • Manage architectural governance tools (LeanIX, Reference Library) to ensure there is up-to-date useful information available
  • Coordinate LeanIX development efforts by reconciling the activities of developers with the vision of Enterprise Architecture
  • Maintain a project plan, timeline, and effort around documentation around LeanIX improvements
  • Execute the no-code system changes in the LeanIX platform
  • Participate in the improvement of architectural governance processes and tools

Job Requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in architecture analysis or a similar role
  • Project Management or product ownership experience a plus
  • Familiarity with architectural governance processes and tools such as LeanIX
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive progress to a defined goal.
