JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

Contracting Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for preparing employment contracts and amendments.

  • Proficient in MS Word. Ability to compare and merge documents, track changes, use numbering tools, and  formatting tools.
  • Able to use Adobe Pro to edit pdf documents.
  • Proficient in advanced grammar rules and spelling.
  • Meticulous in proofreading, noting errors such as punctuation, spelling, word usage, and formatting.
  • Experience working with a database. 

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: 

High School Diploma

Combination of experience and education using critical thinking and independent decision making.

Possesses excellent communication skills and listening skills and is extremely comfortable expressing ideas.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with a sense of urgency 

Ability to handle confidential data 

Strong interpersonal skills required
