In this role, you’ll assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries, delivering compassionate and professional service that truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service via phone
- Assist patients with billing, insurance questions, and account resolution
- Research and resolve discrepancies or issues with patient accounts
- Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
- Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
- Set up and manage payment plans
- Accurately document all interactions in the system
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, listening, and typing skills
- Ability to multitask (listen, speak, and type simultaneously)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus
