The Clinical Recruitment Specialist plays a vital administrative and coordination role in support of the Senior Clinical Recruiters and recruitment leaders. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring a seamless and organized recruiting process by managing key logistics and communication tasks across the recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience. The Specialist assists with scheduling both on-site & virtual candidate interviews and creating detailed itineraries, coordinating meetings and travel, organizing community tours, and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate high-quality candidate interactions that strengthen engagement and support successful hiring outcomes.
Additionally, the Clinical Recruitment Specialist supports the team by facilitating communication with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and clients, and by resolving routine process issues. This role may also provide light support for reporting or presentation preparation as needed but is primarily focused on day-to-day operational and administrative execution that enhances the candidate and client experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition organization and assist recruiters in all aspects of the recruiting process including candidate correspondence, interview scheduling, candidate travel, expense reimbursement, offer documents, new hire information, reference process, etc.
- Build strong relationships with hiring Clinical and Operational leaders and other internal partners to ensure interview process is efficient and effective
- Utilize systems to obtain reports, searches and listings for recruitment purposes
- Coordinate and participate in Recruiting/Onboarding/Scheduling alignment calls for onboarding clinicians
- Serve as the point of contact for clinician license assistance through Medtigo
- Enter all relevant actions related to the candidate interview (interviews, schedules, etc.) and onboarding into BrassRing Applicant Tracking System
- Adhere to established TeamHealth protocols regarding required information and documentation as well as overall data adherence including the accurate capture of source information
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by Recruitment Manager, Director or Vice President
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience preferred
- Proficiency in various computer applications, i.e. Word; Excel; PowerPoint; e-mail, database management etc.; willingness and aptitude to learn new programs/ platforms such as Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Team-oriented and an excellent attitude
- Ability to handle stress and adapt to change
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
- Strong attention-to-detail and excellent organizational skills
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to sensitive information and documents
