JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

TeamHealth’s Social Media and Digital Marketing Content Specialist will develop the social media content strategy and manage posting for all TeamHealth social media accounts. Focused on the goals of brand building, growth of business and recruitment of clinicians, this role will leverage a variety of social platform capabilities (i.e. posts, stories, reels, etc) to effectively and creatively tell meaningful stories to our Business Development, Client and Recruitment target audiences. The social media and digital marketing content specialist will coordinate with marketing, communications and creative team members to strategize the social media platform execution of key PR and marketing initiatives. As a frontline voice for our company and brand, this individual will monitor daily events both within TeamHealth as well as our competitors, client organizations and the healthcare industry as a whole while shaping social and digital content execution in a manner that allows us to optimize our company voice.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead social media posting strategy and execution
  • Lead strategy and execution for social media campaign management
  • Assist with content marketing strategy and execution across digital platforms
  • Manage content marketing calendar for all digital platforms to include: content production plans, content distribution plans, social media posting schedule and evaluation/reporting of campaign analytics
  • Utilize Meltwater social media monitoring tool to inform key stakeholders of trending stories and posts, identify content, trends and news stories for use in social posting, and to assess impact of event efforts and campaign performance.

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, advertising or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years social media management experience
  • Previous experience with social media campaign development
  • Social media monitoring tool experience a plus
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required

  • None

PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Job performed in a well-lit, modern office setting or remotely
  • Occasional lifting/carrying (20 pounds or less)
  • Occasional bending/stooping/reaching/pulling
  • Prolonged sitting; and work on a computer
  • Moderate stress
  • If remote, ability to travel 4-6 times per year

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
