JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Patient Services Representative is responsible for training new employees of the Patient Services department and performing continued education on established employees. The Patient Services Senior will verify that HCFS and AKBC policies and job aids are followed through monthly quality assurance audits.

Set in a pleasant, high-volume, fast-paced office environment. Involves extensive computer use and call volume.
Voluntary overtime offered on occasion.
This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, and fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
