JOB OVERVIEW

This position’s primary focus is intended to support Recruitment Operations and the broader Talent Acquisition teams in the area of application processing, sourcing & internal data entry for lead generation and data maintenance. Secondarily this position may support the collection, maintenance and distribution of information as it relates to specific talent acquisition needs. This position works closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the broader directives of Talent Acquisition leadership. Recruitment Operations Representatives must acquire a thorough understanding of TeamHealth’s processes and demonstrate flexibility, a willingness to learn, a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, be detailed oriented and excel in providing excellent customer service to various key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Works to perform data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Understands and strives to meet accuracy and productivity goals.
  • Processes clinical employment applications
  • Processes lead generation data and disseminates to proper recruitment leaders
  • Maintains database & ATS of candidate contact information in support of Talent Acquisition objectives
  • Participates as requested in all departmental meetings and initiatives
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS 

  • Job performed in a well-lit, modern office setting;
  • Occasional lifting / carrying (10 pounds or less);
  • Occasional standing / bending / stooping / reaching / pulling;
  • Moderate stress;
  • Prolonged sitting;
  • Prolonged work on a PC / Computer; and
  • Travel may be minimally required for inter-office meetings.

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, and fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or occasionally more than five days per week. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree to Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred background in Onboarding, Recruiting, HR or Talent Acquisition role
  • Two years or more of working experience in an office setting
  • One to three years’ experience at using PC and database applications or software
  • Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with modern office equipment, i.e. facsimile, copier, scanner, etc.
  • Ability to grasp and apply technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an orientation towards professionalism and customer service.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work with minimal direction/supervision.
  • Thrives on meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Excellent judgement, decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills accompanied by flexibility to quickly adapt to any new business environment.
  • Experience in handling simultaneous assignments by assessing project deadlines, establishing work priorities, and coordinating personal work schedule.
