TeamHealth’s recruitment marketing team is looking for an analytically oriented person to own marketing performance analysis, program maintenance and project management to drive ability to generate clinical leads and deliver short-term results while optimizing against marketing performance goals to reach long-term effects. This role will unite all recruitment marketing efforts to drive timelines, execute marketing strategies and analyze results to grow TeamHealth’s clinical population.

The position requires excellent organization skills with the ability to work in multiple streams with various stakeholders and launch meaningful and actionable campaigns, which deliver TeamHealth’s message in attracting top clinical talent. They should thrive in ambiguous situations and be a self-starter, looking for opportunities to improve areas of recruitment marketing.


  • Partner with leaders, marketing team and various business partners, to drive strategic and data-driven projects, programs and actions.
  • Deliver marketing strategy proposals to meet desired outcome for region and overall brand, while collaborating with various marketing and recruitment leaders, in communicating outcome from actions.
  • Own tracking performance on set of marketing, operational and financial KPIs.
  • Assist with ongoing projects or efforts to enhance TeamHealth’s capabilities to attract and convert clinical leads on various digital channels.
  • Partner with team members and leaders in informational technology, recruitment or other business units to drive identified projects to be on time, on budget and within scope.
  • Help drive efficiency and standard work across the marketing team, including working with advanced analytics to build best practice analytics capabilities and tools from various marketing channels and platforms.
  • Assist with other traditional or digital marketing campaigns and event advertising/promotion as needed.
  • Be operationally savvy, with strong communication skills, to clearly explain implications behind the analyses conducted.  
  • Regularly evaluate competitors’ and other industry-related brands to ensure our recruitment efforts are current, informational, creative and best meet customer needs, while driving attraction results.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with operational team members to identify needs, report results and work with marketing team members to best deliver desired outcomes.
  • Work with other operational team members to ensure recruitment team members are up-to-date on recruitment marketing resources; and partner with the operational team to assist in training as needed.
  • Work in various digital and analytic platforms to create various KPI reports used for analysis of success of marketing programs or projects.
  • Other duties are assigned by supervisor.


Job Requirements


  • Four-year college degree in a business-related discipline (Communications, Business or Marketing) with previous experience in recruiting preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in working in a business-to-business industry in a marketing or communications role, with experience in healthcare or recruitment preferred
  • Thorough understanding of driving strategies and analyzing results to seek return of marketing efforts. Proven proficiency in project management and program analysis for recruitment or healthcare marketing efforts is a must.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing data-driven programs to deliver marketing and/or recruitment results.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or clinical recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong ability to consistently communicate and maintain details to deliver well-organized strategies and processes, while working to reach shared recruitment marketing goals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with key stakeholders and project requestors.
  • Strong experience with using various analytic programs to create and produce meaningful data to develop recommendations and action plans derived from insights.
  • Expert understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage program risk and allocate resources effectively.
  • Comfort level with various digital platforms and programs used for marketing purposes, such as ATS, CRM, marketing automation system and content management system.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to influence others.
  • Proven experience in leading programs and projects as an influencer while working with various marketing channel leaders.
  • Ability to produce financial reporting, such as analyzing cost per x for marketing purposes.
  • Experience in producing and leading a project calendar and maintaining program goals with data analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
