Job Overview

The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for the oversight of the TeamHealth Medical Call Center Quality Program to assist the call center in its commitment to efficiency, exceptional customer service, and delivery of quality service to callers by ensuring a dynamic model of discovery and growth.

Job Qualifications

  1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  2. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Tennessee
  3. Preferred five years nursing experience directly related to Quality and Process Improvement.
  4. Excellent analytical skills.
  5. Good computer skills.
  6. Capable to prioritizing and organizing.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Good judgment and decision making skills.
