Job Description


The Practice Support Coordinator (PSC3) is responsible in supporting the front and back office functions.  The PSC3 will have a noticeable presence in handling clinical support, supporting office staff, operational and financial support, scheduling, creating documents for meetings. The PSC3 handles all EMR-related access requests. The PSC3 will work with the Clinicians, Office/Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations (VPO) and Clinical Practice Managers (CPM) to ensure efficiency of the program. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

The Practice Support Coordinator 3 will report to the Office/Operations Manager. 


  • Support the Clinicians, CPMs and VPOs
  • Manage invoices, financial and operational documents
  • Assist with preparation of paperwork for meetings
  • Assemble documents for meetings
  • Manage calendars, organizing & arranging meetings
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential


Job Requirements


  • Minimum of six years of customer relations experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent Client Service oriented, internal & external
  • Health experience preferred but not required;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information using discretion, diplomacy and good judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Professional mannerism and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office)
  • Superior communication skills – verbal and written




  • Job performed in a well-lighted, modern office setting
  • Occasional lifting/carrying (10 pounds or less)
  • Prolonged sitting; with prolonged work in a computer/PC
  • Office based position with rare or no travel required
