JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

 The Payroll Data Specialist will be responsible for ensuring clinician payroll data integrity within the Heisenberg II Clinician Payroll system. They will be responsible for new clinician setups and interpreting contract language, as it pertains to compensation. The Payroll Data Specialist is critical bridge between the Payroll and Contracting departments, so they must be a proactive and concise communicator in order to quickly resolve issues related to clinician pay data.

 



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up all new clinicians in the Heisenberg II (HII) Clinician Payroll system in accordance with their contract.
  • Maintain contract payroll data in HII for all current clinicians.
  • Update leave of absence records in HII to ensure alignment with records in HCM.
  • Run Scheduling Exceptions report to determine root cause for all shift data fallout.
  • Maintain clinician profiles, including Holidays, RVUs, working level, etc.
  • Collaborate with regional Contracting teams in order to accurately interpret contract language related to compensation.
  • Partner with HRIS and HR Service Center to ensure the timely loading of new clinicians into HII via system interfaces.
  • Request HII dashboard access for all new clinicians via ServiceDesk tickets.
  • Key direct deposit information into Lawson.
  • Other duties as requested by the Payroll Manager or Director.

 

Job Requirements



QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a Contracting, Payroll or Clinician Compensation position.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multi-tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheet, database management).
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and effectively communicate decisions.
  • Ability to coordinate and meet deadlines and deal with stressful situations; and
  • Ability to work in a team.

  • None
