The Payment Processing rep is responsible for checking in all batches, scanning of live checks, processing of credit cards, downloading of remittance advices from websites.


  1. All deposits received and verified
  2. Process credit card payments daily
  3. Download all EOB’s from various websites to save to the S: drive in a timely   manner
  4. Scanning of live checks into the appropriate bank account
  5. Breakdown of deposits – Manual VS EDI
  6. Verification of checks on EDI exchanges


Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in 10-key number pad and adding machine
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Mandatory overtime at direction of management
  • Able to navigate internet explorer

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, and fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
