The AccessNurse-a TeamHealth Company is looking for exceptional Bilingual people to join our TEAM of Patient Coordinators! We have openings for full time and part time, evening shift, with weekend and holiday flexibility. We offer outstanding pay, incentive bonuses and benefits along with an enjoyable work environment. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus for full time Bilingual Patient Coordinators and an added shift differential.

AccessNurse, a TeamHealth company, is looking for exceptional individuals to join our team in this Medical Support role.

The full-time position does require some weekend commitment, but there is a bonus added to pay with weekend work! Current openings include afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

The Patient Coordinator (PC) title enables you to be the first point of contact with patients seeking medical assistance and support from their Doctor. The non-clinical PC builds that immediate trust, provides compassion, and empathy with customized scripting to document what is needed before a Nurse speaks with the patient.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a high level of fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • High School Diploma or GED. Some college is preferred.
  • 6 months minimum experience positively interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, healthcare, military experience)
  • Professional, courteous telephone voice
  • Dependable, reliable and trustworthy
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Detail Oriented – Accurately process and record information ensuring data integrity
  • Ability to follow scripted information while interacting with patients and a willingness to escalate situations as appropriate
  • Flexibility with scheduling
