JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

This marketing team member plays a vital role in planning, implementing and executing marketing tactics to support and strengthen the recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this team member provides comprehensive assistance with day-to-day recruitment marketing and employer branding activities as well as long-term projects and initiatives. To be a good fit for this role, the right candidate should possess strong organizational and logistics planning skills, a detail-oriented focus and ability to manage multiple project with writing and publishing experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, write, edit and distribute content specific to provider recruitment needs, including email marketing, campaign marketing, brand marketing and material for tradeshow for distribution to potential candidates.
  • Provide timely reports to recruitment team members on results of recruitment marketing efforts with a focus on email marketing reports.
  • Maintain daily responsibility of posting jobs for clinical positions to internal and external systems, including TeamHealth.com, PracticeLink and other job posting services or sites.
  • Work with recruitment leaders to create monthly reports of critical jobs for Strategic Resources Group utilization on deployment of marketing and advertising services.
  • Act as a liaison and respond to recruitment team members to service requests around marketing support needs.
  • Assist with communication, maintenance, updates and projects surrounding job posting tools, services and projects.
  • Organize and participate in monthly meetings between Strategic Resources Group and Talent Acquisition team members by service line. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, record action items for attendees and maintain agenda for ongoing meetings.
  • Research, write, edit and distribute information for job posting of clinical positions.
  • Serve as a back-up resource in coordinating and managing calendar and production schedule in order to meet deadlines of recruitment marketing efforts, focusing on email marketing, print and digital advertising and social media marketing.
  • Ability to create and edit website content and landing pages using Marketo and/or WordPress for branding and lead generation purposes.
  • Act as a liaison with colleagues and internal clients on approvals and distribution of recruitment marketing materials.
  • Ability to travel to Strategic Resources Group or other recruitment training meetings once to twice a year.
  • Ability to travel and participate in clinical recruitment tradeshow(s) for educational and enrichment purposes, if desired.
  • Prepare distribution lists of recipients for recruitment marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continue to improvement of recruitment marketing activities focusing on lead generation for clinical recruitment.
  • Performs other marketing-related activities as directed or needed.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned, as needed.

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred.
  • One to three years of related experience, preferably experience in a national or international corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platform a plus.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships.
  • Good problem-solving/decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn multiple technologies and software quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in working in a content management system required, with WordPress experience a plus.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision yet function as a part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer focused attitude.
  • Experience with e-blast management and marketing automation required. Experience in Marketo a plus.

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
