Job Description


This position is responsible for planning and implementing marketing tactics to support and strengthen the organization’s recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Recruitment Marketing Manager, this position provides comprehensive assistance with day-to-day recruitment marketing activities as well as long-term projects and initiatives. Essential job functions include strong organizational and logistics planning skills and a detail-oriented focus; writing experience is a plus.


  • Research, write, edit and distribute content specific to provider recruitment needs, including eblasts, letters, mailers and material for trade show needs for distribution to potential candidates.
  • Partner with publications to submit paid media advertisements, as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage calendar and schedule in order to meet deadlines of tradeshow logistics and affiliated tasks needed to support tradeshows.
  • Assist in tradeshow coordination and execution for recruitment purposes.
  • Research, write, edit and distribute information about the company where TeamHealth has a tradeshow presence.
  • Ability to keep detailed records to update information pertaining to deadlines, budgets and other items needed to stay on time and on budget with tradeshows and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and manage calendar and production schedule in order to meet deadlines of reserved digital or print advertising and various projects.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer(s) to develop and produce materials for digital and print advertising and other marketing campaigns, as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with colleagues and internal clients to develop promotional marketing materials, such as graphics, ads and other marketing pieces to enhance presences at tradeshows and other events.
  • Prepare distribution lists of recipients for recruitment marketing needs.
  • Manage promotional item inventory.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continue to improve branding campaigns within digital and print media.
  • Promote trade show events on using WordPress
  • Performs other marketing-related activities as directed or needed.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
  • One to three years of related experience, preferably experience in a national or international corporate environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships
  • Good problem-solving/decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn multiple technologies quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfort in working in a content management system, such as WordPress
  • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision yet function as a part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Experience with e-blast communication products (such as Marketo) is a plus

Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
