Job Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurse- St. John's Facility:
QUALIFICATIONS / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing or certified LPN program
- 2-3 years of experience working as an LPN in a medical environment preferred
- Valid registration as an LPN in the respective State
- Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Current certification required based on clinic specialty, including but not limited to PALS, ACLS, BLS

- Competitive Compensation, with an estimated salary of $21.00 to $25.00 hourly.

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing quality patient care. Performs all clinician orders in a timely and accurate manner adhering to all regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represents Team Health by displaying a respectful and caring manner with patients and their families. Independently problem solves and utilizes resources to obtain patient information when patient is unable to communicate. Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
- Creates a welcoming environment and acts as a patient advocate.
- Executes Clinician orders after reviewing with the clinician:
- Admission orders
- Discharge orders
- Medication Changes during your shift
- Consult orders
- Complies with quality assurance, HIPAA, customer service, infection control, and safety guidelines and other policies as set forth.
- Ensures adequate and appropriate patient follow-up regarding prescriptions, referrals and diagnostic testing.
- Interacts calmly, respectfully and in a friendly manner with other facility staff.
- Participates in ongoing training through completion of online training, attending in-person training sessions and meetings as required.
