Job Requirements of Recruitment Operations Supervisor:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruiting Trends & Technology Futures
- Conduct in-depth research on current and emerging recruiting technology trends, innovation hot topics, and predicted industry shifts for the next 3–5 years.
- Provide leadership with data-backed insights to inform strategic decisions and investment priorities.
- Lead the development of a multi-year, future-focused recruitment technology roadmap to ensure scalability, efficiency, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Evaluate and recommend central recruiting systems (ATS, CRM, AI communications, automation platforms, virtual interviewing tools) to strengthen recruitment operations, focusing on stewarding and optimizing adopted systems.
- Serve as the primary liaison with EIT to assess the feasibility of adopting new resources and ensure the roadmap aligns with enterprise technology strategies, recruitment priorities, and the organization’s global excellence vision.
- Assess, design, and implement best-in-class technology systems and procedures that enable recruiters to work efficiently and effectively.
- Create and implement technology-driven performance tiers and benchmarks to move from good → great → breakthrough performance, embedding continuous improvement and measurable ROI into all technology initiatives.
- Partner with recruiting leaders and cross-functional teams in resolving recruitment challenges by recommending current or potential technology solutions and strategies.
- Lead change management, implementation, and adoption efforts for new central recruiting tools, ensuring smooth integration into recruiter workflows.
- Collaborate with training teams to optimize the rollout of new processes, platforms, and technologies, ensuring effective user adoption.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff on effective technology utilization and adherence to system best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or recruitment systems support.
- Strong working knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process for physicians, APCs, and administrative employees.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging or supporting systems such as ATS & CRM tools, and interview scheduling platforms.
- High technology aptitude and curiosity, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and evaluate tools and technical solutions from a recruiter’s perspective.
- Provide day-to-day oversight and direction to a small team supporting recruitment technology and recruitment operations, including but not limited to the following:
- Program Management & Administration for Pay Transparency Laws & Compliance; Student Loan Funding Program/BCU; Relocation Program; Annual Superlative Recruiter Awards; Financial Designs Inc. (FDI), Physician Solutions & Milton Partners programs; Immigration Policy Changes/Implementation; Rules of Engagement; NSC Process Changes/Implementation; Zenith Recruitment Channel; Contract Reviews
- Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution across the team to ensure timely execution of project deliverables, system updates, and administrative processes.
- Review and validate the quality and accuracy of data entry, reporting, documentation, and system configurations performed by support staff.
- Coach and mentor team members to build technical knowledge and professional development related to recruitment systems and processes.
- Conduct regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance feedback discussions to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and involve support staff in solution-building for enhanced team efficiency.
