Job Description

This position is responsible supporting our Finance department in several capacities. These would include but are not limited to Accounts Payable, Shared Finance Email Box, relocation and dental reimbursements and special projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Processes accounts payable for Anesthesia service line, and submits to Accounting Manager for approval.
  • Posts monthly billing reports to the shared drive.
  • Reviews employee relocation and dental expense reports, ensuring all required documentation. Obtains the necessary approvals and sends to Payroll for processing. Provides information regarding the process to ANS employees and responds to questions as necessary.
  • Responsible for the monthly tracking of P_Card transactions in Concur. Sends final report to SVP Operational Finance each month.
  • Receives and tracks all CARs sent to the Shared Finance Email Box.
  • Other Administrative related duties.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Two years of college or vocational training preferred;
  • One to three years of experience in accounting; and
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications (including Excel and Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks; and
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines
