JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The Dir Telehealth Risk and Compliance will maintain oversight on a national level of the regulatory environment related to Advanced Practice Clinician utilization and supervisory requirements; federal and state government and regulatory guidelines on telehealth usage and reimbursement criteria through CMS as well as the monitoring and collaboration of managed care reimbursement regulations in conjunction with legal counsel. This leader will collaborate and serve as a liaison with legal, managed care, HCFS, government affairs, malpractice coverage and compliance to ensure the success of the telehealth service line across all 50 states while minimizing financial risk.

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
