Job Description


This position is responsible for providing financial analysis, strategic planning support, and expense control to certain National Support Center departments.

  • Organizational Budgets – prepare and coordinate annual budgets and interim projections
  • Variance Analysis – prepare monthly and YTD budget vs. actual variance analysis with insights into root cause and suggested corrective actions where needed
  • Project Accounting – develop and maintain simple methods for project accounting that integrate with cost center organizational accounting
  • Procurement Contracts - Review and summarize vendor contracts ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Procurement Negotiations - Participate in vendor negotiations to manage cost
  • Procurement Work – maintain a 90 day prioritized list of procurement activities that is aligned and coordinated with procurement and EIT regularly
  • Liaise with key business stakeholders to define and agree contract requirements and specifications
  • Develop and deliver presentations to executives and others, as required on strategies, programs, practices and issues
  • Performs special projects and other duties that may be assigned
