Job Description


The Clinical Applications Admin Program Coordinator is responsible for managing system administration of company licensed Clinical Applications.  Subject matter expert in all clinical applications licensed by the company.  Ability to manage configurations, user account management, system management, etc.  Functions include working with TeamHealth staff to fulfill implementation, monitoring measures of product effectiveness, demonstration and coaching, with the software, and other forms of visible support, and provide on-going support and training. 


  • Assist with all logistics associated with the applications implementation/system transitions;
  • Manages user previsioning in clinical applications
  • Troubleshoots application issues including testing functionality and performance of the system;
  • Work collaboratively with external consultants to achieve specific goals as assigned;
  • Work closely with IT to ensure users are receiving assistance and ensure successful upgrade;
  • Manages and updates notification on company portal;
  • Create and develop reports as assigned;
  • Creating and maintaining documented procedures;
  • Work collaboratively with external TeamHealth vendors to rectify problems that occur during deployment and maintenance process;
  • May perform special assignments and other related tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements


  • Minimum 4 years of reporting and data analysis experience;
  • Minimum 2 years of Electronic Health Record software system and applications experience;
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred;
  • Proficient at creating MS Access tables, queries, forms, macros and database;
  • Proficient at creating MS Excel spreadsheet, using formulas, forms, macros and databases;
  • Demonstrated expertise in computer software and systems at the power user level;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to support multiple persons, tasks and deadlines;
  • Ability to handle stress and conflict; and
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.


  • Occasional lifting, bending, standing, stooping and reaching;
  • Moderate to prolonged sitting; and
  • Moderate to prolonged work at a PC/Computer.
  • Provide on-call services as assigned by Supervisor
  • Some travel may be needed

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
