- Computer proficient
- Excellent MS Word and MS Outlook skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Solid proofreading skills (ability to spot errors in information provided by law firms versus what is in our billing system)
- Ability to focus and complete assignments with minimal supervision
- This position requires an active Notary Public Commission.
The company will cover all notary‑related fees and will assist the employee in obtaining or renewing the commission.

Chart Swap Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The Chart Swap Department is responsible for processing attorney requests, (LOA’s), for billing records, affidavits, subpoenas, and balance verifications. The department will contact the attorney or legal assistant by comment in Chart Swap if additional information is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Chart Swap Department is responsible for processing attorney requests, (LOA’s), for billing records, affidavits, subpoenas, and balance verifications. The department will contact the attorney or legal assistant by comment in Chart Swap if additional information is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review all requests for HIPAA compliance and discrepancies prior to processing.
- Check in the AthenaIDX and MedFM (Mediserv legacy billing program) systems to verify patient.
- Process subpoenas and shipment pending daily; other requests will be processed by date received/requested.
- Create affidavits in MS Word from a provided template, sign and notarize printed documents with 100 percent accuracy.
- Succinctly and clearly communicate issues to law firms when corrections are required to process a ChartSwap request.
- Perform all other duties and assignments as requested.
