JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for supporting the administrative efforts of the TeamHealth Post-Acute Care (PAC) recruiting team. This position reports directly to the Director of Post-Acute Care (PAC) Recruitment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Amongst multiple responsibilities this person will primarily be tasked with completing data management, data entry and report generation in Excel
  • Manages Excel spreadsheets containing candidate detail and all administrative PAC opening information
  • Serves as point of contact for both the PAC Human Resources team as well as the requisition hiring managers and PAC leadership teams
  • Assists in the sharing of team workload as needed and during extended absences
  • Recommends process improvements as they pertain to the role and assists in implementation as needed
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of 1-3 years Human Resources or Recruiting experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (data processing, spreadsheet, database management) within MS Excel
  • Must have a positive attitude and strong enthusiasm to be a member of a high-performing team
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills with strong attention-to-detail
  • Ability to handle stress and conflict well
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
