Job Requirements of Clinical Recruiting Partner:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, hospitality, communications, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, customer service, hospitality, sales, or candidate-facing coordination role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch, concierge-level service to executive or professional-level clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple interviews, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.

Clinical Recruiting Partner
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The Clinical Recruiting Partner serves as a critical partner in delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience for physicians and advanced practice provider candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role blends front-end recruiting support with candidate hospitality, coordination, and relationship management.
This role is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts while facilitating onsite interviews, hosting physician candidates, coordinating travel and logistics, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through interview completion. This role acts as the primary liaison between candidates, recruiters, field medical directors (FMDs), and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of interview and recruitment activities.
Candidate Experience & Concierge Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for physician and provider candidates during the interview and site visit process.
- Facilitate and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, including scheduling, agendas, interview materials, and stakeholder alignment.
- Host physician candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and polished experience.
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, lodging, ground transportation, meals, and itineraries in accordance with company policy.
- Act as an ambassador for TeamHealth culture, values, and brand throughout all candidate interactions.
- Proactively address candidate needs, questions, and concerns before, during, and after interviews.
- Support front-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying providers in partnership with senior clinical recruiters.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates and support pipeline management activities.
- Obtain and manage initial provider data, including CVs and required documentation.
- Ensure candidates comply with submitting all necessary credentials and documents prior to interviews or clinical assignments.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to recruiters, recruitment leaders, and FMDs regarding candidate status and interview outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior clinical recruiters, recruitment directors, FMDs, and operational leaders to ensure interview readiness.
- Evaluate candidate credentials for organizational and position alignment and share insights with assigned recruiters.
- Partner with designated support staff to coordinate reference checks and ensure positive candidate feedback is captured.
- Assist with risk management questionnaire clarification and application follow-up during the contracting phase, as needed.
- Respond to incoming provider inquiries regarding practice opportunities and interview logistics.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and databases to log, track, and organize candidate activity in compliance with data requirements.
- Utilize third-party websites, professional networks, and social media platforms to support candidate engagement efforts.
- Monitor physician recruiting trends and competitor activity to enhance candidate experience and market positioning.
- Attend conferences, residency events, and recruitment meetings as requested.
- Adhere to department goals and contribute to achieving monthly and annual KPIs related to recruiting support and candidate experience.
