- Revenue Cycle billing system experience, such as with athenaIDX, would be ideal
- Strong relationship skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities
- Demonstrated IT background and experience, including analytical ability to solve complex technical problems

Overview
The Director of Solution Delivery will oversee the delivery of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) IT solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, align with company goals, and are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of IT expertise, deep knowledge of RCM processes, and strong leadership abilities. The Director of Solution Delivery will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and external vendors, to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of RCM solutions.
Essential Functions
- Relationship Management – Develop relationships with key clients and customers to identify their needs and manage their expectations through delivery of IT Solutions and Services
- Collaboration – Work closely with various IT teams, including digital infrastructure, information security, and other solution delivery teams to align on best practice and leverage existing knowledge within the organization.
- Communication – Effectively communicate with HCFS and IT leadership to help everyone understand and align our strategy, goals and work to deliver measurable value.
- Negotiation – Negotiate with internal and external partners to achieve success in execution and delivery of desired outcomes.
- Vision – Help set a strategic vision with clients, customers, and team members for the future that ensures alignment with business strategy and goals.

Specific Duties
- Ensure information technology and services operate in adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Integrate information security architecture into enterprise architecture.
- Provide direct management oversight within the Billing Systems teams - ensuring that processes and projects are consistent with the business goals of TeamHealth.
- Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by identifying, prioritizing, researching, piloting, and when appropriate, instituting product and technology advancements and projects into the HCFS and Revenue Systems architecture.
- Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market.
- Creatively and independently provide resolution to technical problems in a cost-effective manner.
- Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases.
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives.
- Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of services and monitoring of systems and applications.
- Define and communicate corporate procedures, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating systems and software.
- Recommend, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio supporting HCFS.
