Overview
The Research Representative is a full-time contractor that is responsible for supporting recruitment through research, mapping & identifying top talent in the market. This includes sourcing, market research and internal data entry for lead generation and data maintenance. This position also supports the collection, maintenance and distribution of information as it relates to specific talent acquisitions needs. This position works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support the broader directives of Talent Acquisitions leadership.

The Research Representative is a full-time contractor that is responsible for supporting recruitment through research, mapping & identifying top talent in the market. This includes sourcing, market research and internal data entry for lead generation and data maintenance. This position also supports the collection, maintenance and distribution of information as it relates to specific talent acquisitions needs. This position works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support the broader directives of Talent Acquisitions leadership.
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
- Researches competitive clinical market to create strategic candidate lead lists
- Utilizes 3rd party websites, social media and other relevant platforms & tools to identify leads and contact information
- Maintains database of candidate contact information in support of talent acquisition objectives
- Works within the CRM as part of candidate data mining
- Performs recruitment data entry in a timely and accurate manner
- Understands & strives to meet accuracy & productivity standards
- Participates in department meetings & initiatives
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality with respect to sensitive information & documents
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two or more years of office experience preferred
- Ability to navigate social media sites & third party vendor sites
- Experience with onboarding, recruiting, human resources or talent acquisition preferred
- Data entry experience required; speed and accuracy are critical for this role
