Patient Coordinator (Remote/Non-Clinical) AccessNurse

Overview
The Patient Coordinator (PC) serves as the first point of contact for patients seeking emergency and non-emergency medical support from their provider.
In this role, you will:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients
- Provide compassionate, empathetic support using guided scripting
- Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience
- Accurately document patient information and needs
- Prepare detailed reports for nurse triage teams
Schedule
- Full-time & part-time options
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Includes weekend/holiday rotation
REMOTE: TRAINING CLASS DATES
- Monday, July 13th, 2026 - Friday, July 17th, 2026 9A-5P (EST)
- Monday, July 20th, 2026 - Friday, July 24th, 2026 1P-9P (EST)
100% ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED
