The Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting billing operations by identifying opportunities for process improvement, assisting with automation initiatives, and evaluating operational effectiveness. This individual collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess existing processes, gather input from stakeholders, and help implement innovative solutions aimed at optimizing revenue cycle functions. This position reports to the Vice President, Revenue Cycle Support.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of process improvement initiatives, with a focus on automation and efficiency related to claims, eligibility, payments, claim status, insurance identification, accounts receivable workflows, reporting, and analytics
- Contribute insights and recommendations regarding revenue cycle process issues to the Billing Support team, Billing Center Management, and other departments
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Conduct operational reviews of reports, documentation, and workflows to support best practices and drive efficiencies
- Collaborate with operational teams, as well as system management and technical teams to monitor and support system performance across integrated platforms
- Assist in documenting revised or newly implemented procedures
- Track, triage, and support resolution of Billing Operations issues and enhancement requests
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred
- Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years of work experience in related field
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail
- Revenue Cycle experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong ability to adapt to change while multi-tasking
- Excellent organization skills
