Manager, Sales Enablement

Overview:
TeamHealth is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement to design and operationalize our strategy to accelerate mid- to late-stage business development opportunities with targeted hospital and facilities. This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of marketing, content, and sales — translating the solutions TeamHealth provides for complex clinical and operational challenges faced by hospitals and health systems into compelling tools and resources that help our BD team close faster and with greater confidence.

You'll own sales messaging, lead cross-functional collaboration, and build scalable and repeatable systems for how TeamHealth shows up in the market. This position is as an individual contributor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement Strategy
  • Design and operationalize TeamHealth's sales enablement approach for mid- to late-stage business development opportunities
  • Identify and resolve sales process friction related to messaging, positioning, and clarity
  • Create automated messaging cadences that support various funnel stages and segments
  • Align enablement efforts with business development leadership, IMC content teams, and recruitment marketing (where narratives intersect)
Sales Messaging
  • Lead development of BD pitch decks, case studies, white papers (net-new and refined), and competitive positioning guides
  • Build and maintain objection-handling resources to support BD teams in complex conversations
  • Ensure all assets consistently reflect TeamHealth's mission, vision, and values
Training & Adoption
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement training for business development teams
  • Drive awareness and adoption of enablement tools and content across BD org
  • Gather seller feedback regularly and iterate content to reflect real-world needs


Job Requirements:


Qualifications / Experience:
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey ideas and develop relationships with executive and clinical leaders
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content strategy, proposal development, or B2B marketing
  • Proven ability to be hands-on in the development of sales collateral including pitch decks, case studies, and competitive positioning materials
  • Experience designing or managing automated messaging cadences and marketing workflows
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with demonstrated ability to align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for translating complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities and content projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional problem-solving/decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision
Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare provider industry or hospital and facility-based services
  • Experience working in a marketing or communications agency
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Comfort working in a matrixed organization with multiple content and strategy stakeholders across operations, business development, and company c-suite
