Client Relations Manager/ Medical Call Center

OVERVIEW:

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for the account management of all client relations activities of companies contracted by the AccessNurse Medical Call Center. This includes serving as a main contact person for facility start-ups, client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops and maintains positive business relationships with key clients
  • Participates in sales presentations to clients on behalf of AccessNurse as needed to include presentation development, delivery and follow-up
  • Ensures the resolution of client based problems. This includes solving problems relating to clinical issues, customer service issues, billing and operational concerns
  • Meets with the client to discuss operational aspects of the services and set up of new account prior to the signing of each new/proposed contract
  • Responsible for all new contract arrangements and set-up operations
  • Renegotiates/renews contracts as needed and oversees necessary amendments to various contracts
  • Communicates frequently, but not less than 1 time biweekly with each client (phone call, email and site visit, mail) to remain abreast of possible client needs, concerns and profile revisions
  • Conducts operative reviews with senior management to facilitate strategic planning and to circumvent foreseeable problems
  • Regularly conducts client virtual on a routine and as needed basis, solving issues and being proactive in solving problems or concerns
  • Participates in the following call center activities: developing and implementing goals, participating in problem-solving and decision making; supporting corporate decisions and establishing trust and respect for all employees
  • Communicates with Vice President regarding any risk management issues
  • Performs special projects as assigned by the Vice President



Job Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing
  • A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare operations and sales/service coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent at problem solving
  • Knowledge of medical/clinical language and terminology desirable
  • Ability to handle stress and conflict
  • Capable to prioritizing and organizing
  • Good judgment and decision making skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and CRMs
