Job Description


This role is responsible for supporting a myriad of functional areas and key stakeholders to meet process, data and reporting needs that are critical to serving clinicians and achieving business objectives. Collaborates with regional and national service center staff and leaders to ensure our software solutions address ever-changing business needs and targeted value proposition via the design, configuration, testing, implementation and maintenance of existing and new automation.


  • Serves as department liaison to assist in developing software solutions that provide automation to best leverage our resources, support standardized processes and foster economies of scale;
  • Works to master an understanding of detailed functionality and interconnectivity of a wide array of software applications for a holistic view;
  • Involved with agile development, process improvement and project management efforts utilizing a variety of techniques/tools to:
  • Define, analyze and document business needs to collaborate toward appropriate data structure and technological solutions
  • Offer input toward prioritization efforts, timelines and implementation plans to support process changes, systems integration, testing, training and communication/change management
  • Able to function independently, as a valued team member or success work team leader
  • Knowledgeable about field operations, able to effectively communicate/advocate with multi-disciplinary team members and builds strong relationships with team members, internal business partners, and technical teams;
  • Demonstrates business and data analyst skills to interpret operational needs, can translate them into documented requirements and active in technology design efforts and advocates for operations’ automation needs;
  • Role models using data for metrics-driven recommendations;
  • Serves as an internal consultant on special projects as an operations process expert for software tools utilized to support standardized business processes that drive efficiencies and results and meet compliance, risk and security objectives;
  • Contributes to and maintains data integrity, data security and system standards;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or other relevant field
  • Two to five years related experience
  • Willing to obtain Agile (SCRUM Master or Product Owner), project manager and/or lean certification, ideally
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications and experience with a variety of software programs
  • Strong, proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Possesses strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills
  • Innovative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing practices
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking along with strong attention to detail in planning logistics and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of business units (HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, IT etc.) and how they integrate ideally

Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
