Position Overview

The No Activity Senior is responsible for monitoring workflow trends, acting as a resource for staff, and conducting quality assurance audits, as well as processing claims to ensure timely payment.

Essential Functions

  • Review various reports, assigning workflows as necessary and communicating issue to Supervisor
  • Prepare QA reports for each assigned team member and review with staff
  • Train new employees and provide leadership to team
  • Process non-routine write-off adjustments as required
  • Conduct weekly team meeting and communicate changes to staff
  • Ensure all invoices are being worked appropriately by team members; process overflow of work
  • Prepare various reports for Supervisor and Manager as required
  • Other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements

Qualifications / Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of physician billing and revenue cycle
  • Computer and MS Office literate
  • Minimum 3 years of previous medical billing experience with emphasis on A/R analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • General knowledge of CPT and ICD coding
