Job Description:

This position is responsible for the coordination and liaison between TEAMHealth and the Hospital/Facilities from where contracts have been stablished to provide clinician services.   This position requires an individual with strong communication skills, continual follow-up, and positive attitude.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning – Be able to work with facilities and TEAMHealth teams to plan and coordinate the activities related to:
    • Facility Start Ups
    • Facility Conversions
    • Facility Terminations
  • Leadership – Be able to communicate clearly and set up clear expectations of tasks and deliverables to ensure that Start Ups, Conversion and Terminations are completed as per set timelines.
  • Risk Assessment and Management – Be able to promptly identify, communicate and manage upcoming risks. Communication of upcoming risks to management is essential to prevent timeline delays.
  • Communication – Constant communication and positive attitude are key attributes of success in this role. As a coordinator and liaison, the role requires a lot of engagement calls with various teams such as the Network Teams, Management Teams, Engineering Teams, Administration Teams for both TEAMHealth and the Facilities.
  • Monitoring – Continual monitoring on status of deliverables and continual follow ups with our teams will allow for successful results.
  • Self-Directed - Ability to organize and coordinate work on a variety of assignments with some to minimal supervision. The ideal candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, autonomous in their work style, solution-driven, and action-oriented.
  • Team Work - Demonstrated interpersonal skills working in a collaborative environment with a broad range of individuals from technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Education – Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in business management or related disciplines.  
  • Computer Skills – Demonstrated practical experience with Outlook, Excel, MS Word, Visio and Data Entry.
