JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The IDX Trainer has the overall responsibility for the orientation and training of all newly hired employees, as well as remedial training for employees whose QA exceeds 5% or whose production goals have not been met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review of departmental policies and procedures for all newly hired employees
- Conduct IDX application training and/or retraining in the following applications:
- IDX BAR and PCS
- MRTS
- VBX
- OnBase
- Assist managers and supervisors in development of training and retraining guides
- Oversee IDX/MRTS security access following organization's policy and procedure, maintaining files of all security changes, as well as quarterly reports
- Distribute all new policies and procedures to management staff, maintaining file of signed policy acknowledgement forms
- Assist Corporate Training Director with development of training materials for new programs and procedures
- Assist with production in any department as directed by the Vice President
- Assist with development of departmental policies and procedures when new software enhancements are initiated
- Special projects as directed by Vice President
