JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: Responsible for strategic oversight of commercial business development team and client relationships. Ensures organizational efficiencies are identified and service level agreements are attained. Obtains ongoing feedback from business partners and internal account and recruiting managers to help craft mutually beneficial financial and service outcomes across the organization.
