Starting at $13.50 per hour with higher pay depending on experience

Potential to work from home (must meet requirements) and set your own schedule!

We are open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 8 pm and Saturdays from 10 am - 3 pm (employees may volunteer to work Saturdays-currently not required).

This position is primarily responsible for answering patient inquires with exceptional customer service, while maintaining positive patient relations. 


Provide service to patients in a professional manner.

Provide excellent, concise communication.

Learn and understand ETM software operation.

Learn and understand billing and account operations.

Answers and documents all telephone inquiries.

Research and resolve problems with patients bills.

Updates patients’ insurance coverage as needed.

Prints courtesy claims and itemized statements.

Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information.

Arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed.

Performs other duties and assignments as requested.


Job Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous medical billing and customer service experience a plus

Strong communication skills (oral and written) required

Ability to speak, listen and type simultaneously

Basic PC skills required
