ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a competent Associate Project Manager to take the lead on assigned projects within a Clinician Compensation Administration Program (CCAP)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Associate Project Manager is an administrative professional specialized in managing, coordinating and overseeing of different activities related to planning, implementing, marketing and evaluating projects.

  • Project Channel maintenance
  • Administration and Facilitation of recurring update meetings
  • Administration and Distribution of the Project Newsletter
  • Management and Administration of the Parallel Validation Phase of CCAP
  • Administration of the Payroll Initiatives Portfolio
  • Administration of the CCAP Parking Lot, Decision Log, Risk Register
  • Management of the Legacy System Migration and Decommissioning Planning
  • Facilitation of Project Team Building Initiatives

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous working experience as an Associate Project Manager >1-2 year(s).
  • Experience working with IT projects preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of project management and development procedures.
  • Hands on experience in meeting facilitation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with and manage without authority a variety of personality types;
  • Experience working with senior managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written); the ability to bridge communications between technical and non-technical communities required.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing project schedules, managing risk registry, and preparing meaningful status reports required.
  • Ability to grasp and apply technical and work flow process concepts;
  • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision;
