JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Clinical Applications Program Coordinator is responsible for managing system administration of company licensed Clinical Applications.  Subject matter expert in all clinical applications licensed by the company.  Ability to manage configurations, user account management, system management, etc.  Functions include working with TeamHealth staff to fulfill implementations, monitor applications, measure product effectiveness and provide on-going support as needed. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with all logistics associated with the applications implementation/system transitions;
• Manages user provisioning in clinical applications
• Troubleshoots application issues including testing functionality and performance of the system;
• Creating and maintaining documented procedures;
• Work collaboratively with external TeamHealth vendors to rectify problems that occur during deployment and maintenance process;
• Perform special assignments and other related tasks as assigned.
• Schedule trainings and manage calendars for others
