Sign-On Bonus: A grossed sign-on bonus in the amount of $750 will be paid in three increments. The first grossed-up increment of $200 will be paid in accordance with the normal payroll cycle occurring with the date of hire. The second gross-up increment of $200 will be paid in accordance with the normal pay cycle following completion of 90days. The third gross-up increment of $350 will be paid in accordance with the normal pay cycle following 6 months. The payment terms of this bonus are predicated on continued full-time employment in this position for a period of one year. In the event you depart from TeamHealth employment prior to the one-year period, either voluntarily or involuntarily, you will be required to repay the bonus in the full amount of $750.
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for general clerical duties following HIPAA guidelines and established policies and procedures. Must have good organizational skills, computer skills, and be production oriented.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs general clerical duties to include sorting mail, printing, filing, pulling records as needed.

Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds of boxed weight; requires sitting and walking tolerance. Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills. This job is performed in a well-lighted environment.
This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
