The ATS Coordinator is responsible for making updates to the audit tracking system.  They monitor reports to ensure the timely entry of information on a weekly and monthly basis.  They assist in gathering documentation needed for audits.


  • Enter and/or update the Audit Tracking System within IDX/GE as directed by workflow
  • Make modifications or corrections, supported by established policy, on audits
  • Review and analyze invoices within the GE billing system
  • Correctly identify audit type and carrier
  • Post Medicare mail
  • Follow up with appropriate personnel timely
  • Provide data to AVP for monthly QA tracking
  • Complete tasks accurately maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain a personal work schedule that allows him/her to be at work regularly and dependably
  • Review weekly reports to ensure that data has been updated
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirements


  • 10 Key experience
  • Strong excel skills desired
  • Billing and insurance procedures
  • Understanding of specific contractual billing procedures
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; training in medical terminology, billing and insurance guidelines
  • Previous medical billing experience preferred

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, and fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week.
