Overview
The Lead Capture Representative reports to the Supervisor, Lead Capture and supports Recruitment Operations and the broader Talent Acquisition teams in the areas of application processing and internal data entry for lead generation and lead maintenance. This position supports the collection, maintenance and distribution of leads and applications as they relate to specific talent acquisition clinical requisitions.

The Lead Capture Representative reports to the Supervisor, Lead Capture and supports Recruitment Operations and the broader Talent Acquisition teams in the areas of application processing and internal data entry for lead generation and lead maintenance. This position supports the collection, maintenance and distribution of leads and applications as they relate to specific talent acquisition clinical requisitions.
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs entry of talent acquisition data in a timely and accurate manner
- Understands and strives to meet accuracy and productivity goals
- Processes clinical employment applications in both the customer relations management (CRM) tool and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Processes lead generation data and disseminates to appropriate recruiters / recruitment leaders
- Maintains CRM database and ATS with candidate contact information in support of talent acquisition objectives
- Provides back up to Research Representatives, as needed
- Participates in departmental meetings & initiatives
- Performs other related duties, as assigned
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two or more years of office experience required
- Experience with onboarding, recruiting, human resources or talent acquisition preferred
- Data entry experience required; speed and accuracy are critical for this role
