This Provider Enrollment Research Representative is primarily responsible for working rejection codes linked to Provider Enrollment in the enterprise task manager (ETM) worklist. Accurately maintains production to ensure timely and efficient completion.

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
This Provider Enrollment Research Representative is primarily responsible for working rejection codes linked to Provider Enrollment in the enterprise task manager (ETM) worklist. Accurately maintains production to ensure timely and efficient completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and processes rejections in the Provider Enrollment Research enterprise task manager (ETM) role as outlined in policies; including reviewing with carriers via web portal, carrier email, or phone call
- Reassigns Provider Enrollment issues to IDX for resolution
- Report any errors or problems that affect claims from receiving payment
- Report any claim issues and carrier issues identified
- Maintain knowledge of enterprise task manager (ETM) and carrier requirements
- Participate in weekly meeting with Manager
- Performs other duties and assignments as requested
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Computer literate
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
