Clinical Applications Coordinator

Overview
The clinical applications coordinator is responsible for managing system administration for company licensed clinical applications. They will manage configuration, user account management, system management and other clinical applications. Functions include working with TeamHealth staff to fulfill implementations, monitor applications, measure product effectiveness, and provide on-going support as needed.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with all logistics associated with the applications implementation and system transitions
  • Manages user provisioning in clinical applications
  • Troubleshoots application issues including testing functionality and performance of the system
  • Create and maintain documented procedures
  • Work collaboratively with external TeamHealth vendors to rectify problems that may occur during deployment and maintenance process
  • Perform special assignments and other related tasks as assigned
  • Schedule training sessions and manage calendars for others
  • Manage multiple projects with direct support from team members and management

Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively increasing administrative responsibility
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Requires minimum supervision and ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills to support decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Effective collaboration in team-oriented settings
  • Professional customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
